Online ordering is easy all our products are accessible by clicking on the product tabs. Follow to directions with each click and before you know it your shopping is done. All our prices include 10% GST. Please retain you invoice for proof of purchase and please note that Backless Bra trades in Australian dollars.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use the trusted service of Pay Pal. We accept Visa & Mastercard as well as Visa & Master Debit and of course payments from your own Paypal account.

POSTAGE
We choose Australia Post Registered and Express Post as our preferred method of delivery, as this is a traceable method of transportation. Delivery is via Australia Post and normally within 5 to 10 business days to capital cities. Suburbs and country towns may take up to 14 business days. Australia Post Express Post delivery is next day to capital cities and country town may take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING
Subject to availability we aim to have in stock products which are placed Monday – Friday dispatched within 72 hours after receiving full payment. If out of stock your items will be ordered and please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We use a third party warehousing and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Should you wish to know if an item is in stock prior to placing an order, please contact us. Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. If the garment is not available a representative will contact you.

BACK ORDERS
Unfortunately, on occasions back orders do occur. Backless Bra makes every effort to avoid back orders. Back order item please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If a back order occurs our side of the 21 days allowed, a representative of Backless Bra will contact the customer by email or phone advising of the back order.

PRIVACY
Here at Backless Bra we know how important privacy is to our value customer. Be ashore we do everything in our power to keep your order and personal information discreet and we DO NOT sale any personal information. All our packaging is discreetly packed in plain brown paper and placed in an Australia post parcel pack unless gift wrapping is requested.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and health reasons we can not offer exchanges or return if you change your mind. So please choose carefully before purchasing.

In the case on incorrect sizing we will offer an exchange for the correct size. Please notify Backless Bra by email quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. Backless Bra must be notified within 3 days from when the order arrives, please note all orders are sent with a tracking system. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. All items must be in original packaging, unworn, unsoiled and swing tags attached.

Policy for returning your Lingerie:

The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
The garment straps and bra padding/push up pads are still attached to the garment.
The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
The garment has not been damaged or soiled or washed.
The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
The garment is accompanied by the original receipt.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits. Please remember to wear underwear when trying on your lingerie. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on the lingerie carefully. Please note – all clearance/reduced/sale items are non-refundable.

Return freight paid by the customer and the first new size garment will be sent freight free by Backless Bra, customer will pay postage for all other size exchanges after the first size exchange. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. Refunds only applicable with proof of purchase. The return must be received by Backless Bra within 5 days from the date the return authorization given. We recommend using recorded delivery as we at Backless Bra cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Backless Bra must be notify of when the return was sent or/and proof of date that the return was sent should the return excess the 5 days.

For all replacement please allow 21-28 days as the item may have to be manufactured for replacement.

INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERY
In the case of incorrect product delivery you can return the product for replacement for the correct product in which you had original ordered. Only IF the incorrect product has NOT been open or damaged in anyway. All items must be in original packaging, unworn, unused, unopened, unsoiled and swing tags attached. We can not accept item back if does not meet T & C’s.
